It’s is a plan to turn random viewers into ideal subscribers and to be a leader in the gaming community.

Most Gamers only focus on YouTube and miss out out on all the other platforms the internet has to offer.

How do YouTube Gamers make money?

I’m willing to predict that you said by having a ton of subscribers and views. This certainly isn’t a bad formula if you’re are PewDiePie. If your goal is to gain that many subscribers and views then you’re in the business of advertising.

This means that everything you do is focused on generating enough views in return to gain enough dollars from advertising. This requires you to pump out tons of videos, every single day

The alternative is to generate money off of products that you create for your subscribers.

This article is going to focus on teaching you the 5 Ways to Build a Gaming Empire.

You can create products about tips & strategies, walkthroughs, & how to accomplish specific tasks within games.

I recommend you do research in your community and see what is currently available and to do the exact opposite. This is called the Blue Ocean Strategy (for more information on this Google it up!)

The most important thing you can do is to not compete with existing products. If you do you will simply beĀ  “another product on the market”.

(Ex. If your competitors offer tips & strategies for a game you would create a product that wouldn’t compete with their tips & strategies. Instead you would create a product that offers a new type of value to the market, or you would offer tips & strategies with a new spin)
