There’s Only One Difference Between Successful Streams and Dreadful Streams

In the Reel Gamer Private Facebook Community we have been discussing things like…

…getting more viewers…

…gaining more confidence…

…& how to technically improve your streams.

During this time I have been able to sit back and look at all the conversations going on.

and I realized something about what makes a Successful Stream vs. a Dreadful Stream…

Any guess as to what that is?

It’s not what microphone you’re using…

It’s not what cool specs your computer has…

and it’s definitely has nothing to do with your headphones.

So What Exactly Is It?

It’s the ability to convert VIEWERS into FOLLOWERS.

I’m guessing you’re thinking right now, but what if I don’t have any viewers…

That’s a valid point, but we’ll save that for another day as we have a bigger problem we need to solve.

If you want to convert VIEWERS into FOLLOWERS you need actually care about the viewers  & followers you currently have.

You need to actually value the fact that only a few people are watching.

Here’s the Truth About Successful Streams vs Dreadful Streams

When people come to me and ask for help with building their Twitch streams they all say the same thing…

I only have a 4 viewers…

I don’t know how to get more exposure…

I’m unmotivated when I only have a few viewers watching…

I get the SAME viewers and don’t know how to advertise to find new ones…

NEWSFLASH GUYS…that’s how it works for everyone.

What makes for a successful stream is bringing the THUNDER no matter if 1 person is watching or 1,000.

Bringing the THUNDER means providing so much value to the people that are watching that they have no choice but to follow and to keep coming back.

So, what can you do to provide that much value?

Ask them questions. Talk to them. Ask them what they want to see and then deliver on that.

Exchange emails, twitters and follow up with them. Show them that you value them and care about them and they will care about your stream.

We will discuss more tactics that can statistically help your stream grow, but it all starts with this mindset and your ability to take control of your situation.
