One Action Each Day That Will Lead to Future Success

All you have to do to obtain success is to consciously take ONE Action each day that will lead you to your goals.

The hard part is being consistent.

Every day means every day.

What makes this work is that its not overwhelming to apply this to your life.

Think of it like this…

If you want to lose weight you shouldn’t:

  • buy new all new workout clothes and shoes
  • buy new supplements
  • sign up for a new gym membership
  • buy 1 on 1 personal training sessions

All this can be overwhelming if you’re just starting out.

If you get overwhelmed you have a greater chance of finding excuses on why you need to stop. Think of times in the past when you didn’t accomplish something.

Did you take on to much at once?

Instead start small and be super specific with what your actions are.

If you want to lose weight you should:

  • concisely define your end goal

Starting with the end goal will give you meaning and purpose to everything you do every single day.

The Snowball Effect and Your Momentum for Success

What you need to do next is take one action each day that puts you in a better position than the day before.

This is called the Snow Ball Effect and its all about building momentum.

Picture a tiny snowball at the top of a mountain covered in snow. Now think about the snowball rolling down the hill.

As it gets closer to the bottom it will get bigger and will eventually gain enough momentum that it can’t be stopped.

This is exactly what you want to happen in your life.

With your goals.

Start small. Start with one action. Start right now.

Think about what your goals are and make sure to take one action each day that puts you in better position than the day before.
